All orders will be sent from Germany and for now we only offer domestic shipping via Deutsche Post Brief (non-tracked) or via Einwurf-Einschreiben (with tracking).
Shipping is done within 24 hours after ordering and delivery times are from 1-3 working days usually.
We use discreet and safe packaging to make sure your order gets to you safely.

We guarantee successful delivery for all orders sent via tracked letter (Einwurf-Einschreiben) and offer a full refund or reship in case of a lost shipment. Only exception is when a customer submits a wrong delivery address and the tracking shows a failed delivery due to incorrect address.
In general we do not offer a refund for non-tracked shipments but for returning/reputable customers we might still decide to in a case by case basis.
Please always contact us or open a dispute before leaving a negative feedback for whatever reason and we can try to figure something out first - we want satisfied customers and are always willing to solve any issues.
